Thank you for your interest in Salem Community College. SCC takes great pride in being the college of choice for a growing number of students – especially recent high school graduates. Owing to an influx of younger students in recent years, the College’s enrollment has grown by over 20 percent. Challenging academic programs and personalized services have contributed to SCC’s record enrollment.
Because of the College’s commitment to academic excellence, SCC offers the kind of education you would typically find at a small, private institution. However, SCC offers this superb education at a fraction of the cost of a public or private four-year school.
The College offers more than 40 degree and certificate programs including new programs in biotechnology, forensic science, health science and sports management, as well as six allied health programs in partnership with other New Jersey colleges.
SCC also offers noncredit and community education classes to provide lifelong learning opportunities and services to the residents and businesses in Salem County and the region. These opportunities include community education, professional and personal development, customized training for businesses, specialized training and services to the county’s school districts, senior citizens’ courses, and programs for youth and children.
