POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
POSITION TITLE: Front Desk Receptionist/Student Account Specialist Part Time
SALARY GRADE: $15.00/hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate’s Degree in appropriate specialty.
Experience: Experience in working with diverse cohorts of students, preferably in a community college setting.
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work with diverse student populations
- Superb organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
Reports to: Student Services Manager
Supervises: N/A
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Staff switchboard during late afternoon and evening hours.
- Provide publications and materials to students upon request.
- Assist in data collection for enrollment services management.
- Collect student payments and record against student ledger.
- Assist in maintaining file room.
- Other duties as assigned by Student Services administrators.
