POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Position Title: Collegiate Support Staff (Part-time)
Salary:
Minimum Qualifications
Education: H.S. Diploma
Experience: Related experience preferred. Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills. Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of such software as Microsoft office and internet, etc.
Skills/Abilities:
- Possess and Maintain valid drivers license
- Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 40 lbs conducting campus wide deliveries
- Must be able to work independently and with confidential information
- Must be capable and demonstrate ability to use and manage digital equipment including postage system
- Must be capable and demonstrate ability to perform inventory services
Reporting Structure:
Reports to: Manager of Purchasing
Responsibilities:
- Daily mail and package receiving and delivery services
- Daily distribution and delivery of received items to requestors
- Responsible for copier data collection
- Responsible for data gathering and entry of the college asset inventory
- Maintain inventory of printer and mailing supplies
