POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

Position Title: Collegiate Support Staff (Part-time)

Salary:          

Minimum Qualifications

Education:  H.S. Diploma

Experience: Related experience preferred.  Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills.  Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of such software as Microsoft office and internet, etc.

Skills/Abilities:        

    • Possess and Maintain valid drivers license
    • Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 40 lbs conducting campus wide deliveries
    • Must be able to work independently and with confidential information
    • Must be capable and demonstrate ability to use and manage digital equipment including postage system
    • Must be capable and demonstrate ability to perform inventory services

Reporting Structure:

        
Reports to:      Manager of Purchasing

Responsibilities:       

    • Daily mail and package receiving and delivery services
    • Daily distribution and delivery of received items to requestors
    • Responsible for copier data collection
    • Responsible for data gathering and entry of the college asset inventory
    • Maintain inventory of printer and mailing supplies
