If you are planning to take the exam this year, this is the preparatory course for you. Get tips and strategies from the test makers! Participants also do drills; take practice tests; and work on math, writing and comprehension skills to get ready for the SAT.
Personal Watercraft/Boating Safety
Welcome aboard! Offered by Safety First Boating School, this approved course is now required by those ages 16 and older in New Jersey to operate a personal watercraft or power boat. The course -- taught by an officially approved boating safety instructor -- requires eight hours of study, which includes approximately three hours of classroom instruction per evening and two hours of homework. Students who successfully pass the 50-question multiple choice exam receive a lifetime completion certificate and may be eligible for a 15 percent discount on their watercraft/boat insurance.
CPR Training
Students are instructed in CPR procedures through discussion and demonstration, followed by an assessment. Class size is limited, so register early!
